Planting Partners provides an advisory service that aims to resolve issues in your garden. Tailored to your requirements, a comprehensive evaluation can be made of your whole garden or just one difficult area. This may take into account soil type, aspect, existing planting and layout.
After the site evaluation, a full written report can be provided including any recommendations. However, this is not always necessary for individual issues you may have. Examples include: how to improve the soil, correct pruning techniques of shrubs and ornamental trees or how to tackle plant pest and diseases.
Amanda can also guide you through the process of designing your own garden. Consideration can be given to the elements required to create new and interesting borders. Possible solutions could be:
- A late summer border,
- The addition of Winter interest to a summer flowering bed
- Refreshing tired shrubs and perennials.
- Planting after landscaping or building work projects.
- Rejuvenating old borders
- Gardens for wildlife
Amanda will be pleased to discuss your garden issues or problems and find solutions. The advisory process would involve a free initial consultation/visit to your garden. This would be followed by assessment and possible testing with a written report as to the necessary course of action to be completed.
